Our guest speaker will be Mike Whisenant. Mike is a former home inspector with many years experience. He has worked with FEMA on repairs and remediation from major hurricanes suah as Rita and Katrina.
Mike will speak concerning the issues that many inspectors see when inspecting crawl spaces, ehat they should be most concerned about and what are realitively minor issues.
Mike will also talk about a new system that will completely seal your crawl space and what benefits can be derived from it.
